Colleen Elizabeth Makeup is based in Bristol, RI. We service all of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, however, some locations may require a travel fee and/or minimum group size. To secure a wedding date, a $100 deposit is required (applied toward the final balance) as well as completion of a bridal intake form.
